About Us

Jennifer Wang
Jennifer Wang
Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer Wang brings over a decade of experience in scaling social enterprises across 9 countries, spanning from Southeast Asia to West Africa and culminating in East Africa, with a strong foundation in the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector. In East Africa, she worked across the waste management value chain—covering collection, resource recovery, sorting, and composting—while partnering with brands to reduce waste through operational and packaging redesign, and leading consumer behavioral change initiatives to encourage waste separation at source. Building on this, Jennifer has expanded her focus to trade dynamics and circular economy initiatives, delivering empirical research and supporting the implementation of projects that promote transparency, sustainability, and inclusive growth.
Richard Wang
Richard Y. Wang, PgMP, PMP, CSM

Richard has since shifted his focus toward sustainability, waste management, and circular economy initiatives, with a strong interest in leveraging data to deliver practical, impactful solutions.
